I specialize in stress and anxiety management, resiliency, and interpersonal skills. As a veteran public safety professional, my work in law enforcement, fire, and emergency pre-hospital care taught me and tested me how to perform under pressure. As a life-long athlete and fitness expert, I have competed in team sports such as soccer, ice hockey, basketball, volleyball and baseball. I have also raced bicycles, competed as a powerlifter, and fought as martial artist in both sport and full-contact competitions. I am also a performing artist with a background in percussion, brass and some voice, as well as, some experience in theater. My professional background and education in psychology give me the knowledge, skills and abilities to assist you in stretching yourself toward your potential.
